ENTER OUR READER’S RIGS CONTEST!

GearWrench teams up with Custom Rigs in “Reader’s Rigs” tool give-away contest

Every day readers submit pictures of their trucks to our Truck Gallery in hopes they’ll be spotlighted in the pages of Custom Rigs.

Starting with our August issue we’re upping the ante with a special “Reader’s Rigs Tool Contest,” thanks to GearWrench, one of the premier handtool manufacturers in the world. We’re looking for winners right now, so enter your truck’s photo and drop us a line for a chance to win.

Entering is simple and, in doing so,  all entrants agree to the following stipulations:

  • Randall may disclose and publish their name and likeness
  • Randall may reproduce their essay in whole, in part, in summary, or in derivative
  • All decisions of the judges are final
  • All prizes will be awarded

Step 1) Upload a photo of your truck to the Truck Gallery and fill out the form with your name, e–mail, phone number and shipping address (no P.O. boxes, please);

Step 2) Send us an e-mail (or letter) telling us why you need new tools. (If you have already uploaded a picture of your truck this year, send us your story about the need for new tools and give us your truck’s name so we can check it out.)

Custom Rigs editors will pick four winners for each of the next three issues (August, December, and March 2011) based on the truck photo and your tool sob story. The best story teller with the coolest truck wins. Now, how much easier could it get for a chance to win hundreds of dollars in great hand tools.

We’ll send the “grand prize” winner a GearWrench “Career Builder Diesel Add-On Tool Set” with a retail value of $933 . Three runner’s up will receive a  tool set, as selected by the judges and provided by GearWrench. Those tool sets could be one of the following:
