Custom Rigs’ on-going web polls yield some interesting results

We’ve been running polls on the web site for a few months now and thought I’d give you a little synopsis of how the tallies are going in different ones. So here goes…

92% of you do some amount of custom work on your rigs during the winter.

73% of CR’s poll takers drive pickups; 27% SUVs.

54% of you own Fords, 49% Chevy/GMCs, 28% Dodges—which means more than half  of you own more than one brand vehicle.

72% of our poll takers want to see reviews of the new pickups on the web site.

42% prefer Old School style custom rigs while 60% prefer the Hot-Rod/Rat-Rod look.

28% of voters think Triple R Diesel is the best custom rig builder in the country.

22% feel 4 State Trucks rocks in the custom rig-building category, while 11% of the votes so far have gone to Elizabeth Truck Center.

61% of you use MIG welders while just 18% have the luxury of a TIG welder in the shop.

22% of voters say fishing is their most-loved outdoor recreation; 21% Camping; 20% hunting, 19% ATVing, and 14% golf.

70% have said they want Custom Rigs offered in both print and digital versions.

87% say our buyer’s guides help in making buying decisions.

74% are considering adding a custom rear bumper/tailplate to their custom rig.
