When the opportunity arose five-six years ago to become just the third owner of a “piece of history” in a 1986 Peterbilt 359 that’d been kept in immaculate condition by its second owner, an owner-operator based in Waleska, Ga., Ronnie Adams couldn’t resist. “I’ve been looking for a truck like this for 10-15 years,” he says, and set about laying Adams Motor company colors in a unique design on the body.
